The Lenovo ThinkPad T470s is a refresh of the outgoing ThinkPad T460s. The T-series is Lenovo's top-of-the-line business notebook, and has been more or less the gold standard in the industry for many years now.

Lenovo has carved out quite a business for itself in the laptop space over the years, led more recently by premium machines like the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon . However, there are obviously many more models in the ThinkPad family of products, beyond just the top-shelf X1 Carbon line.

If you've followed us over the past few years you know we've reviewed a lot of Lenovo products. For the most part, we've really enjoyed what we've reviewed and the Lenovo ThinkPad T470S is no different. The ThinkPad series is Lenovo's business focused line and they're built tough.

Everything seems fine, however the screen sometimes flcikers or does not turn on. simply closing the lid and reopening it fixes it. But it is annoying

Great laptop, needed to buy for one of my service guys. Needed to have Windows 7 and with the many connection ports fill our requirements perfectly! Initially delivery was mis-routed, which resulted in delivery taking much, much longer than it should have.
