Ease of response, no longer need expensive protection software services

i was worried it wouldn`t do what i wanted but to my supprise it did and a lot more as well love it

It's taking me a while to get used to using a non-Windows platform, as I wasn't aware just how much wasn't easily compatible with Chromebook. Also, the @ and keys are swapped around. They work fine, but I've had to stick a note on the keyboard and 'retrain' my way of typing email addresses, for example. It's pretty annoying. The keyboard is comfortable though, and the 'mouse' moves smoothly and isn't too difficult to use. I'm really impressed with the speed! Coming from an old desktop computer, I've been amazed at the speed of loading everything and the quality of videos. This in itself makes up for the negatives.

it is so easy to use iam a75year old and asked my niece to help me set it up but unforturate she got covis and couldn`t doit welli read the instructions and it took me 10mins which was great so i wasn`t a silly as i thought i was and the service i recieved The Good Guys was fantastic as it always is
