I have bought other brands of fridges and freezers (etc) previously but went for LG this time. So glad I did. It's finishes inside and out is far superior to more expensive brands I have had. It's storage, shelves, door holders etc just seems to be a perfect fit for everything. It's very efficient, we are in the tropics and it doesnt need to be turned on full blast to keep everything cold - it's actually on the mid way mark and everything is super cold. It's silent really when it goes on and off. We had to check in the quiet of night how often it came on and off - and it didn't need to come on as often as our last fridge. I assume it will likely be cheaper to run. The door seals are very good and fit well - I have had new fridges of another brand that actually didn't seal that well. The door is easy to open and close - it doesnt suck the door in and you struggle to open it. I am definately buying LG products from now on.
