Great monitor for the sale price I paid for it.

My run of the mill 60hz AOC monitor died, and I was advised to try a 144hz monitor. This LG Ult' 24GL600 was on sale, so I decided to see if the refresh rate thing was hype, and I can say confidently, that it' s not hype. The increased refresh rate (for me anyway), is quite stunning. I was looking to go for a 60hz 27" monitor, or this 24" 144hz LG, and I chose the right one. The colour is sharp, and I don't get the horizontal tearing, or the horrible blurry scrolling, that my AOC was terrible for. The LG 24GL600F-B 24 inch monitor I believe is a great gaming monitor and looks stunning. The monitors design is very clean and has a variety of inputs like display port and HDMI. The display is very good with great colours and I think the size is perfect and games look amazing. The viewing angles are pretty average but I don't notice this at when Facing directly. The 1ms response delay and 144hz refresh rate is great for gaming and games feel smooth and responsive. AMD Free Sync is supported with this monitor which is a great addition and works well. Picked this up as I wanted to replace my alt. 60Hz monitor. I already had the previous LG 144Hz 24" entry (LG 24GL600F-B - also from PB). Using it for nearly months, no issues. She's a beauty of monitor, good resolutions, good picture, nice contrast and brightness. But colours, well let's talk about that for minute. The first time you turn this hush puppy on, you gona be looking at the world's first colour TV in the 1960s. The colours are all over the show, the reds the greens, It's like a Mexican salad gone wrong. Now I can't provide my settings cause it differs from each person. But play with the colour settings and you should hit the sweet spot.

Love this monitor. Works perfectly for Freesync/G-sync with my Nivida card. Came with an HDMI cable so recommend getting a display port cable for 144hz
