USB 3.0? Not even close.

The transfer speeds on this are unbelievably slow. I was actually blown away by the fact that it was allowed to be advertised as USB 3. Source: The 5 hours it took to copy 28GB worth of files onto it.

Stopped working after not much use.

Maybe I got a rear duff one, maybe I didn't

It would be very good if it hadn't have stopped working

Got it from 'TechNextDay' to plug into my stereo so it could play mp3 files of it; I filled it up quite a bit; Was working fine doing this; Then I decided to put an an extra album on there; This sort of worked fine; The tracks were mixed up in there order for some strange reason.

Kingston DataTraveler 300

The DataTraveler 300 is – for now – the world's most capacious USB flash drive. At 256GB it's not quite as generous as the name suggests (especially as only 238GB of that is usable), but it's still bigger than many hard disks and should certainly cover your file-transportation needs for the...

Did not work for me

This product looks good at a first look, but its declared space does not come even close to really available. I bought one for 32GB and in reality got 2.25MB. The only reason I bought this product for its cheap price, pretty good reviews and expected one time use, as a result was not able to use.

Stable, Strong, Speedy

Really these are nice USB Flash drives, they come pre-formatted to FAT32, and work straight out the box. They are USB 3.0 natively, but will scale down to USB 2.0 and below ports, so I've used these on all my machines.

My Kingston DataTraveler G4 seems to be a bit different. 130MB/s sequential read 20MB/s sequential write 12MB/s random 4k read (3000 IOPS) variable but generally slow random 4k write that can reach up to 1.7MB/s (up to 440 IOPS) Results above is on USB 3.0 This review was modfied by poster @...

Very lightweight and aesthetically pleasing looks (simple and sleek). I would definitely recommend this product because you're getting a lot of storage for a fantastic price!

Kingston DataTraveler microDuo 32GB USB Flash Drive

Have you ever found yourself running through more and more electronics each year? For example, let us look at mobile phones. There was a time when people could actually buy cellphones, use them for a full three years on their contract, and when they were ready to change phones, they would pick a...
