I bought this for myself to use and so far I absolutely love it. The Kindle is so light and compact and that makes it really comfortable to hold in one hand for long periods of time.
If you are looking to pick up an e-book reader, then the Paperwhite makes sense. It has features otherwise reserved for its more expensive sibling like water resistance, 8GB storage and a 300ppi screen.

I'd been toying with the idea of a Kindle for sometime.... I love the feel of a traditional book but not always practical to carry around. After weighing up whether to go for the standard or the Paperwhite, I went for the Paperwhite and I'm glad I did!
