I bought this unit about a month ago. Within 2 weeks it started making squeaking noise which has been persistent! Arranged for a tech to come out and they did a no show. Still waiting for resolution. Otherwise I've been really happy with the functionality and cooling.

Very pleased so far with the performance of the air conditioner. We have had some very hot days and is cooling nicely even though we have a open plan townhouse. .

The kelvinator 5Kw cools the lounge/dining/kitchen area easily and the installation process was excellent very happy

I would love to review but as yet the unit has not been installed. We have paid for installation and it was expected on 6th December. Last communication indicated sometime in the New Year. can you please advise?
