Two functions in one, is great on the floors and carpets. A real all rounder around the house with the steamer attachedment, I can use it in the kitchen, bathroon and outside. Highly recommend this product.

Brought this 2 weeks ago, started using it and it takes off stubborn grease on my stove,oven and rangehood, makes the surface smooth and sparkling again. Wish they have a version between this one and the Commercial steam Vacuum SGV 8 in the future. A bigger water tank will be great so less refilling of water will be needed. Only thing is the adaptor is not converted to Australia version.

This product has a good steam dispenser, but poor suction.

Does everything I wanted it to. I have stone floors which are tricky to maintain, and it's bringing them back to life.

Instructions difficult to understand but once you get the appliance started it does a reasonable job on the floors leaving them almost dry. The locks on hose undo easy so need to be careful you don’t get burned by escaping steam, and the vacuum button is not placed well as you hold the handle you often accidentally turn it on. So far though best home steam floor appliance I have bought, yet to try on other things once I have figured out how.
