I bought this set of rollers as a spare set for use when I clean my wooden floors rather than my tiled floors. I have been trying to buy a set of grey rollers since the beginning of March when I purchased my FC5 Cleaner but they have been out of stock for the past 3 months. I have now given up hope of ever getting a grey set, hence this purchase. The rollers themselves clean well and they wash well in the washing machine ready for the next time. I think they are a bit dear for what they are but hopefully I shouldn't have to buy too many sets.

I have a number of dogs and a very big kitchen. Every day I vacuum then mop the floor. This picks up the hair and small debris. The rollers are gentle but abrasive enough to scrub the porcelain tiles better than I could do with the mop. It’s quicker for me to use my cordless vacuum plus the mop I admit but I will use this a couple of times s week to get the floor extra clean. I bought an extra set of rollers as I wanted to be able to have clean rollers on hand without the need to wait until the other set were washed. I didn’t find it at all heavy. The only criticism I have is the dirty water tank is a bit fiddly to empty without making a mess and for the price it should include an extra set of rollers as they are in my opinion a necessity and are costly.

I thought my vinyl and wood floors were clean until I used my new FC5. Firstly it's easy to use, secondly, when I I emptied the dirty water container it was a depressing shade of grey! We have no carpets in our large three bedroom apartment so this top quality and labour saving device. The rollers come off with a twist and I wash mine with my clothes in the washing machine--easy! I'm amazed at the couple of negative remarks in other reviews. The couple I saw were because of misuse or lack of common sense.

Used it for the first time on 1200 sf of polished smooth slate floor, 18" grid tiles with 3/8" grout seams. Picked up lots of dirt, but left anything that had dried on - like fallen flower petals. I (and my cleaning lady, who had similar reaction)would like this unit a lot better if the brushes had scrubbing power. Its much quieter than I expected. Dries fast. I suspect its best for hardwood floors in bedroom and living room environments. I don't recommend for kitchen areas.

Having dogs in the house really soils the floors, over the years we have tried many different devices but the clean result from this Karcher machine is certainly un-matched by any thins that we have used in the past, highly recommend this item

Just bought this mop and wow should have done it sooner. Awesome machine easy to use and maintain. Rollers easy to remove and clean. Both my wife and i love this on our Karndean floors and bathroom tiles.

Quick delivery. Only recently purchased the machine and ordered rollers as replacement. They are not required as yet. The machine works fine and make cleaning floors so much easier.

Excellent my life just got so much easier with this. I’m very happy with it. Best Buy ever. The only thing would be good if they had scrubbing brush attachments.
