Easy to handle , quick clean done - especially when you have two dogs - suction isn’t too strong but it’s sucks the dirt from the floor adequately . I do not like the handle/ stick - The handle cáme in the box with 3 folds to assemble it , I just haven’t been able to assemble the grooves - the grooves don’t match the connector size . Somehow I have just manage to hold it together and use it . Battery life is good

we bought this machine 12 months ago and have since bought one for my MIL and one for my mum....why, this is a brilliant piece of machinery, the amount of stuff it picks up is phenomenal, much more than you would expect. the only draw back is the charging cord can sometimes be a bit fiddly to put in but only sometimes...could be me though. we love it, you will too

I was given this product as a gift in December 2019 by my daughter, I was so impressed by the ease of use that I purchased another Karcher - KB 5 for my elderly sister who suffers from arthritis, she is as happy with hers as I am.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago. Arrived quickly. Easy to put together and once charged, works a treat! Great to use on both floor and rugs. Spilt some rice and picked it all up in no time. Very easy to empty. Love it.

I love how my KB5 can fold down into the size of a dustpan and be stowed away in small spaces!! I have two dogs who tend to molt, and this is perfect for spot cleaning around the home! Thanks Karcher!
