Recommend for those with a very large tiled home. I have a very large open plan tiled kitchen/dining/family /hallways which takes a lot of time and effort to wash with mop and bucket ! This Karcher FC5 cleans the floors very well, they dry quickly too - my tiles look and feel polished I vacuum first. This machine is NOT a vacuum It is an expensive mop, but worthwhile if you have a large tiled home You can also purchase the Karcher solution and extra rollers from Bunnings

I originally went in for the Crosswave, but was swayed by the salesperson to buy this one. As a pet owner I needed something that actually vacuums and cleans the floor. This doesn't take up bits very well at all. It does liquid spills OK, but not as quickly as I expected.

Little heavy for me I have MS but over all it does a fantastic job cleaning hard wood and tile floors. No more mop and broom. LOVE IT!!!
