I have a mix of engineered wood, tile and polished concrete. Its working well across all floor types. Uses minimal water and detergent so the Karcher liquid will last a long time. Floors feel so much cleaner and noticing some staining on the concrete floor is starting to lighten. Overall, very happy after a few weeks of ownership.

Loving this product my floors are clean in so much less time . The only thing that would make it better is some more stronger smelling cleaning product as I can't smell any fragrance at all lol

Recommend for those with a very large tiled home. I have a very large open plan tiled kitchen/dining/family /hallways which takes a lot of time and effort to wash with mop and bucket ! This Karcher FC5 cleans the floors very well, they dry quickly too - my tiles look and feel polished I vacuum first. This machine is NOT a vacuum It is an expensive mop, but worthwhile if you have a large tiled home You can also purchase the Karcher solution and extra rollers from Bunnings

Had it a little while, rollers stopped going around, got it back, the clean water is not going out so have to chuck it on the floor to clean it and then the dirty water leaks out the back like a sieve, dont wast your money and if you have to send it back dont bother as it comes back with 2 faults

This is a very good product. The design is such that in order to get the best suction, you have to hold it at a lower angle than is comfortable. I don't know why it has been designed that way. There does not appear to be an adjustment - unless I have missed it! But it does work very well.

I don't know why I waited so long to get a floor cleaner. For years I have been using a mop and bucket!!! I have both the Bissell Crosswave and the Karcher. And I can honestly say I appreciate the Karcher by far!!!!

Little heavy for me I have MS but over all it does a fantastic job cleaning hard wood and tile floors. No more mop and broom. LOVE IT!!!
