Got this for my dad as a father's day gift & he absolutely love it. It originally came in a sample size with other Ulta purchases. I'm not a guy so I had no use for it. Gave it to my dad and he used the sample size bottle completely within a week so it was a must to give him the actual size.

Great scent. I am very picky and this is one of two scents I buy (the other is Polo Black by Ralph Lauren).
Only issue is it wears off quickly. So it's not "overpowering," but it doesn't hold long.

Short and crisp. I was in a perfumery and became aware of the John Varvatos fragrances. I was immediately enthusiastic about the Artisan Blu. But this one gave me the kick to order a JV. He arrived a few days ago and I've been bathing in the scent ever since.

My husband sampled this cologne in a department store and he loved it. I ordered this gift set for him for Father's Day. Great price considering it comes with a travel spray. He has been using the metal box to keep samples and other small toiletries organized.

The smell doesn't last long. I read it was one of the top selling perfume of 2016 that's why I bought it but unfortunately I was disalppointed the smell for me was fine I love it but it easily wears off in just a couple of hours.

... It's a light sweet almost fruity smell. Not super fruity, but more of a feminine scent than a strong yucky odor that a lot of mens' colognes have seemed to stray towards...

It's not bad, the reviews suggested it was excellent however the smell is not as strong as I would like although it does smell nice. I prefer a stronger smell like boss or paco. But this is decent so don't be put off especially when the price is great.
