Great product. Doesn't hold charge for 24 hours on standby as per claimed on box. Don't leave home without the charger.

I am having problems with customers saying that they find it hard to hear me when answering their calls. Volume is turned up to maximum. Feedback is that the call is very faint/ soft.

I found the headset easy to setup and use. The performance was good. After two days of use my head felt like it has been in a microwave so I have reverted back to a wired headset.
