A portable rave machine? Or maybe a 21st-century lava lamp? JBL’s latest version of its party speaker certainly attracts the eye with its fancy LED display. It also produces an improved, room-filling 360 degree sound that belies its pint-glass size.

- No voice-assistant support

Over rated, and WAY over priced, and keeps cutting out. Much prefer the JBL Flip 4 that never misses a beat. Looks pretty though.

The speaker itself is awsome but.........
Mine has scratches all on the inside ,I have checked many display ones and doesnt have any,not happy at all really as I cant swap it as there doesnt seem to be any more

The JBL Pulse 4 offers an even more eye-catching look than before with the same excellent sound. The downside, however, is that the Pulse 4 ditches the microphone and 3.5mm aux jack of the previous generation.

Cons:
- Mediocre 12-hour battery life, No mic or 3.5mm aux
- port, Surprisingly heavy
