JBL Everest 110

I ordered these for the gym. Bluetooth works fine and they seem to stay in ok during workouts. Issue in sound is low quality...no bass. So reminds me of my old Ipod headphones sounded when they were not all the way plugged in, then once you plugged them in you got the clear sound and bass.

My experience

Purchased just over 12 months ago. Nice sound, (not the best but OK) Google assistance works great. One problem! They have developed a fault! Fully charged in use, the control gets extremely hot and battery drains from full to empty in 10 mins. Currently waiting on product support. Will update review when resolved. 1 star rating due to current fault, otherwise it would be 4 stars.

Waste of money

These are inner ear buds and not comfortable at all. They sound quality is very poor too. I've tried all the different sized pieces, per another review, but none changed the bad sound and aching pain. Should've seen the overall stars and realized that was a bad sign. Save your money and use it to buy a better pair.

JBL Everest 110

The problem with the $100 Everest 110 is hard to pinpoint-there's nothing wrong, really. But much of the similarly (or lower-priced) competition is sweat resistant or actually waterproof. The audio performance here is solid, but it's not audiophile-level-very little in this price range is.

Powerful bass depth and clean overall performance; Comfortable, secure fit; Easy to operate

No carrying pouch; Not for purists or those seeking a crisp sound signature

Assistant is Awesome, Audio is Decent

The GA integration is super slick. It can read incoming notifications and do basic commands very easily. The audio depends on your ears though. I have to push the buds all the way in and hold to get the best audio, otherwise it's a marginal, tinny sound. The biggest feature that's surprisingly missing is a Skip Track control. I've had a number of BT headphones over the years and a double click on the up volume is a pretty standard "next track" shortcut. Not here. You have to hold the GA button down, wait for the tone and say "Skip Song". Then wait for it to process and do it's thing. On a run, this is kind of a pain. Add this in and improve the fit and it'd be a 5 star product!

JBL Everest 110 wireless in-ear headphones review

JBL is a serious and growing force in the headphone world, and the company has launched product after product in the past few months. When it comes to in-ears, we recently reviewed the E15 and E25BT headphones - but so far we haven't had the chance to look at any in-ears from the Everest series.

Great sound

I have been using these buds for a little over a week now and they sound great! I did switch the gel tips out with foam tips that I purchased separately . I use foam tips with all buds to get a better seal. I would like to see more companies making foam tips as option with the product.

I had posted a scathing review because for some reason (still unknown to me) the notification sound that was set on my phone played through these headphones as a very LOUD static sound. It worked properly without the headphones connected, but everytime a notification came in I was nearly deafened.

JBL Battery Problem

I bought two JBL Everest 110GA In-Ear Wireless Headphones 2 week ago and the battery of one of them is dead in less than 5 minutes after the full charge. We contacted the JBL support and we are waiting for the solution.

Unreliable. Broke in 12 months.

I used these every day for 12 months. Then suddenly the battery started to die every 10 mins. Now they don't work at all. I don't believe they are good quality. Given the price, I'd expect them to last longer.
