Disappointed with the Internet Webpage ordering process where the oven was paid for in whole....and not delivered until 3-4 weeks later due to availability within the store ordered which was never mentioned on the site. The installation service from Sydney said they did not service the Central Coast NSW ....so oven again wasn't installed for another 2 weeks...and needed to be privately done. A major screw up and I had to chase my reimbursement. When I arrived in the Erina NSW store they asked why I hadn't ordered directly through a phone call - which is exactly what I did in the first place and was sent to the web site! Catch 22 all over again! Oven 5 star --Service 0.
