The phone has some reasonable features suitable for a senior. However, this was purchased for my Dad specifically because the description said the phone had a physical call answer (as well as home and back) button. It does not. This is misleading. We wanted a smart phone that doesnt require a swipe to answer. This was advertised as such but does not have this feature. Battery life is also poor.

The phone was locked with a passcode and then couldnt be unlocked. The technical support on this phone is non existent and even after 3 phone calls to the customer service number and informing them of the urgency of the matter I was told someone will call whenever they call! Unfortunately as a result I have not even been able to get past the setup stage to comment any further.

Purchased for Husband for ease of use and to see icons easily. Has lots of features and good value.
