This is the most awkward thing ever. It was recommended I get a massager because after my stroke I was left in a bad way. This item is heavy and extremely hard to use. I am trying to return it but it's not easy with the good guys. I will not buy from them again.

This is my second massage pillow and I find it really versatile for massage of back and neck muscles. My first gradually fell apart after 6 years of regular use.
