It cleans just like it should. Only issue is that its a bit loud but hey thats washing machines for you. Id recommend buying it because of its solid price, not to mention easy to install.

We wanted this product so we had to purchase from the warehouse as all the stores in sa had no stock and to be honest i think that was done so people like me could not get the eofy bonus. Nobody has replied to my email which was 2 weeks ago. I recommend the product but not the company during sale times.

Questions to ask: - what is the time /wash quality difference between the quick/eco & full washes - what is the size of the drum - is powder or liquid preferred in this machine The handbook says powder can be used and is recommended to be mixed with water ( like a liquid) . As a powder user this machine would not have suited me. This drum is tall rather than deep as I am used to and wouldve preferred if purchased in store. The eco wash can take up to 1 hr 40 mins with the quick was being a light 15 minute wash recommended for new clothes and very lightly soiled items . A jumper with a light food soil was not cleaned on the light wash and required the longer eco wash. A great wash on the long wash programs but not suitable for time poor families with numerous loads of washing such as ours sadly. We are now having to schedule in washing times to accommodate the length of time each load takes.
