Have had two issues with tv failing to turn on and standby light blinking rapidly with power reset tv turned on

The TV itself is great, good picture, great features and fast response. However, my husband has experienced no response to the tv randomly a handful of times now. When trying to navigate to another app or get into another movie etc, it will freeze and won't let us do anything. We have tried taking the batteries out of the remote thinking it is that but it's not. After a couple of minutes it allows us to turn the TV off and back on, which we then lose sound, so we have to exit out of our app and go to normal tv, then back into the app to have sound? One more time and I will be contacting for a replacement TV.

Not sure if it's the TV or the sound bar is still not working on arc Tec going out to have a look not happy at all still on going nearly 4 weeks now.

Love it. Hisence are a great brand.
