Upgraded from a 7 year old Hisense 58 inch. This new 65 inch runs a lot hotter and in standard setup is dull with colours too warm. Not sure at this stage if it is any better than the old one, just bigger. Be careful with online reviews, even PCMag/au gives the review of the USA model which is a different TV altogether but with same model number.

I've had my TV for 3 months now, the picture quality is spot on, the sound isn't too shabby but it's slow to respond. When opening netflix/stan/i-view ect, all too often, I get the timer circle spin on the screen only to be left with a black empty screen. Approximately 30% of the time, I have to switch power off at the wall and restart it, to get it to work. Remote is helpful as it has netflix, prime, YouTube, i-view, stan and kayo buttons. Would I buy this TV again, I would have to say no

Other than the slight delay in arrival due to covid, I would definitely recommend this product and give it a 10/10. It was quick and easy to set up and in terms of its performance I am highly satisfied. It has bright and vibrant colours with high quality sound that's loud and clear.

Really disappointed with this TV. After doing a fair bit of comparison online, this looked like a good deal then when receiving the item realised the US and Australian versions are vastly different with the same model numbers this is very misleading, with 1 small line stating that there is no 4k@120hz which is the main reason for buying this TV. Very disappointing. Delivery was very quick and painless, and overall was a very smooth and easy process

Picture is great. Using soundbar so can't really comment on the sound. VIDAA OS missing some common apps like Disney+, 7Plus, etc. I have also had to power cycle the device due to some quirky behaviour in the OS.
