The only thing good was that it got delivered; but, it took eight days sitting in Portland and several phone calls to force the delivery to get it to occur. Last time I deal with Staples on-line! Horrible service!!!

Cartridge received in what appeared to be retail packaging as described, but the cartridge was scratched in several places, My sister who has been an office manager for 20 years checked it and pronounced it a used and refilled product. Printing was of poor quality with specks and smears.

I recently bought this product and I am happy with it. It seems to be working just fine.

I TRIED TO BUY A CHEAPER VERSON BUT IT MESSED UP MY MACHINE . I ONLY USE THIS PRODUCT NOW BECAUSE THE QUALITY IS THE BEST. THE INK LAST LONGER AND AND PRINTS HAVE A RICH TEXTURE. I STRONGLY RECOMEND THIS PRODUCTS OVER THE OTHER IDENTICAL ONES.
