I absolutely love this calculator. My dad gave me his before and I managed to lose it so I bought another one. For some reason the one I bought seemed to be a bit cheaper in quality but it is still a great tool. It has plenty of options. Very comfortable; it feels solid in your hands.

Very useful pro calculator. Advantages: - No graph function, use computers for what they are good at and calculators to what they are good at, ie a flexible tool - RPN! - Good formula manipulation (with the solve) - Build quality, buttons and chassis seem to be able to hold many years - Good...

good days are over

The calculator fails if it comes to calculate sine and cosine of pi and pi/2 in RAD mode. Either all my cheaper and more expensive calculators display the correct answer "0", even the Blackberry does. Only THE company of scientific calculators fails here, this is embarrassing.

Surprise Surprise!

I never thought anything could top my old 11c but this sure comes close. Many things are actually simpler and easier! What?My favorite improvement is that you can use the calculator while it is still in the case. This may not sound like much but I really like it.

HP 35S Scientific Calculator

I have a HP 33S and an HP 15C as well, and I bought this one as another calculator for routine calculations. I love RPN, with this calculator one can use both algebraic and RPN notation. The keys are the "classic" HP keys, easy to read and very comfortable to use.

Hooray: an HP calculator that looks like one!

My history with HP calculators goes back to the HP65, back in the 1970s. As the product line changed over the years -- the small 41C, the "landscape" 11c and 15c, the alpha display 32SII -- HP managed to maintain a reasonably consistent and utilitarian style.

More traditional HP keyboard style; very legible keys, nice feel

Display is shiny, less resistant to glare than other models; Minor bugs with trig functions

HP 35s Scientific Calculator

The HP 35s Scientific Calculator arrived on time and undamaged. The Quick Start Guide was very useful since this was my first HP calculator so I had no idea how to operate it. Within a day I was calculating my Electrical Engineering problems with ease.

+ Easy to operate right out of the box + protective carrying case + FE approved calculator

It would be even better with a bigger screen
