Surprising to see an HP product at a competitive price. Pleased to report it runs well, apps, etc start so much quicker than a 'spinny' disc.

What can I say? It works! I used this SSD to replace the HDD in a mid-2011 27” iMac. As super high-performance was not required in this case and any SSD will be much faster and quieter (and use less power and generate less heat) than any HDD, I chose this one based on it being the best price at the time. To get around the iMac HDD fan issue I use Macs Fan Control or SSD Fan Control apps.
