I had a HP 820C printer that I purchased in 1998. Sadly after 21 years of consistent use it finally printed its last page this summer. It performed wonderfully for over two decades under pretty heavy demands as I'm a teacher by profession.

Printer was a breeze to set up. Print quality is very good. Photo printing quality is good as well - assuming you use high quality photo paper. I really like that this printer has two print trays (tray 2 is plain paper only (no photo paper, while tray 1 will print plain or photo paper) I downloaded...

First thing noticed: The cartridges that fit this printer is the same as the one I have on my desk which is the HP Officejet Pro 7740. That is a great thing for me. I hate the task of getting different cartridges for each printer. HP should work on that. This happy discovery was nice to get.

I bought this a month ago or so and super glad I did! I replace my 10+ year old HP printer with this new HP Printer and glad I did! What a difference this new HP Printer makes in everyday printing! I can now print from all my wifi mobile devises with ease and comfort from any place in the house.

Affordable; Lightweight

A great printer. I would have given 5 stars but despite it being quoted as printing on both sides it only does so on A4. As most of my work is on A5 I am most disappointed.

$150 for ink is a clear ripoff - cheaper just to buy a new printer each time. I fought with this printer for a whole day trying to get it to work on my network. It is not simple to use, and trust me, and elderly person would not be able to get it to work.

Finally, a printer without any problems. Easy (very easy) to install. Small, quiet, fast enough for my home office. Colors are great.

Paper has jammed several times. Not impressed.

I ordered the product because it was on a good sale deal but did not read the fine print si it was my own fault that it can not copy etc. A good quick basic printer

The price could not be better - and the fact that it came with all of the ink was fantastic. We love that it has 2 paper trays to allow it to always be at the ready.
