My (most likely eight year old) HP H470 Portable Printer finally had a fatal broken part, but this new printer I'm sure will be as terrific and faithful as the previous one. Many of the new design features have fixed the minor flaw from before -- terrific, rugged, excellent print quality.

This is a powerful and great little machine! It has done wonders for me! I have been able to bring this around with me while going on sites. It's so easy to use and best part, it fits in my laptop bag!

I bought this as a truly mobile printer. The battery life has been steadily going down, and when it would no longer hold charge, I called HP. They said the one year warranty expired a month earlier. Then they wanted to charge me $20 for the phone call!! Incredulous!

Excelent little printer, very easy to set up, compact, good quality printing, only concern for me will be the Ink costs, but if you NEED a portable printer that can run on batteries than something has to give somewhere. I Will obviously continue using my regular printer for home/office use.

Product was very slow and did not live up to marketing. Difficult to install, took a long time to load document to print. when i was at another office max store on a later date, a rep from HP was there, and said that that printer was slow and difficult to install.

Expensive; Performance; very slow

Quick, easy, reliable and cheap - highly recommended!
