The first printer I purchased from HP, Customer Service stunk. I sent it back and ordered this Color Lasetjet from Walmart. I had a questions about where the startup toner cartridges were.

The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw ($629.99) is a small office multifunction printer (MFP) with a compact build, solid speed, very good graphics quality, and a wide range of connection choices.
Fast; Very good graphics quality; PCL and PostScript drivers; Wi-Fi, wireless direct, and NFC connectivity; 50-sheet ADF supports single-pass two-sided scanning
Subpar photo quality; Running costs, particularly for color pages, is on the high side; Low paper capacity for an MFP of its price
This LaserJet prints well and is loaded with features, but its high cost per page relegates it to an occasional-use MFP.
Good print quality; Easy-to-use; big color touch screen; Speedy; Compact and energy-efficient; Loaded with mobile features
Initial sell price a bit high; given paper handling and page costs; Lofty cost per page
The HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M477fdw ($629.99) is a small office multifunction printer (MFP) with a compact build, solid speed, very good graphics quality, and a wide range of connection choices. Although comparable laser-class inkjets rival, or even exceed, its speed and undercut its running costs, plenty of people still prefer lasers for their dependability and crisp text and graphics. Easy to set up, great for daily usage. Software easy to install. Overall a great printer
Not great. Spent more time talking to HP support than is reasonable for a product in this price bracket. Warranty period was supposed to be three years on-site. For some reason it was registered already, back in July last year, and the warranty expired in October. Took a week to sort that out.
Easy setup out of the box; Direct connection to WiFi network was simple, and after driver updates recognized network wide; Copy output options are abundant, including contrast, brightness and sizes; Using "bright white 28 lbs" paper produces excellent image reproductions

I am very pleased with my purchase of an Color Laserjet product and timely fashion, in which, it was delivered to my home. The product was delivered with virtually no connection cables or directions, only a 8ft power cord!
Great printer and scanner. Wish it took less directives to arrange double sided scanning from feeder. Haven't figured out how to print "Best" print quality (not sure it's possible). But for regular home printing, very good, fast, and no jams in the 1yr+ that I've owed it.
As inkjet printers started becoming the ‘jack of all printing' devices, and Laser printing machines started losing grip on the budget segment, companies went back to the high end segment in search for better quality, something they could pair the fast, voluminous, and reliable printing of laser...
