This is the second one of these printers I have bought. The first one lasted till shortly after the warranty ran out. So I bought another one so that I would not be wasting the extra toner cartridges that I have, but the second one only lasted two weeks before doing the same thing as the first one.

Bought with representative in store. Duplex was available on the box and in the literature. After four hours installing the machine in my office it only duplexed with manual re-feeding of the paper. The proper verbiage should be .... manual duplex is available through the print software.

I bought one of these brand new about 2 years ago. After about a year of light home use it started to develop paper feed errors whereby it would stop mid-print run and show an error that requires you to turn the machine off, open the back and pull the stuck sheet of paper out.

Love this printer, HP cloud email assigned to you only, enables printing by forwarding 10 attachments max. I print by forwarding emails to my designated email. Love that feature. Mobile Apps works great, scan and print on your printer, love this feature. App works seamlessly compare to other apps.

Setup is easy, printing is fast, colors are smooth and accurate, duplexing works well and overall it does a great job. I mainly use this for printing, however I also do quite a bit of scanning documents, so the only feature I dislike on this is the scanning feature.
