I Baugh gopro 6 last week I had every problem with it you can think of. It doesn't read card, doesn't write, freezing. It was. My first gopro I will not recommend anyone.
Image stabilization works really well, Voice control is convenient, but the battery drains very fast when turns it on, and sometimes it plays up cannot respond to any actions you have to pull the battery out to restart it.
Really bad, they have become GoPro, though it does not get the highest because it turns off battery. So next update, we hope that GoPro works with how the cameras drag power instead of increasing all pixels and slow motion.
I intend to use this while flying an airplane and riding a motorcycle. For me, the principal limitations are abysmal low light performance, unacceptable sound quality and understandably limited battery life.
The best
The Hero6 is an excellent action camera, a true class-leading flagship and a significant refinement of the Hero5. But getting back to the question of whether or not it is worth $500. In an ideal world, we would have seen the Hero6 introduced at $400 and the Hero5 would have dropped to $300.
Excellent electronic image stabilization; 4K/60 and 1080p/240; Improved dynamic range and color; Great mobile app; Refined; if familiar; design
HEVC video is very demanding
The GoPro Hero6 Black is the company's answer to challenges it has been facing in the marketplace. Competing cameras have offered similar video quality and, in some instances, more robust video capture.
Compact, go-anywhere design; 4K video at up to 60fps; Strong digital stabilization; Loads of slow-motion video options; HDR and Raw photo capture; Touch screen; GPS
Pricey; QuikStories editing app needs work; Wi-Fi video transfers are slow and impact battery life
A review of the GoPro Hero 6 Black, an action camera that can record 4K at 60 frames per second. It's also waterproof and can be controlled by your voice.
