This laptop should have been fantastic and for a moment it was. The screen is nothing short of incredible. My unit had some kind of power/usb/motherboard fault from day one where any kind of load beyond browsing or Netflix would have the keyboard and mouse constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. After trying all available drivers etc over a week to make sure it was a hardware issue I returned it. It has been back with Harvey Norman where the fault was assessed and confirmed and shipped off to Gigabyte now with no news of a replacement or refund. I'm out $3300 for over a month without a working laptop and no light at the end of the tunnel. This is the second time I've been caught out with the run around between a manufacturer and Harvey Norman but it will definitely be the last. I didn't buy it from Gigabyte, I bought it from you Harvey Norman. Stop hand balling the responsibility of customer service off to a manufacturer. Refund or replace please, so I can get back to pretending th
