The thing keeps falling off the windscreen, the mount is junk! The hands free answer call is annoying and won’t stop interrupting my phone calls, there should be an easier option to disable the hands free side of the gps without blocking data as well. Garmin have lost me on this one, very poorly thought out design, the maps are all over the place and wrong way to many times. It tries to send you on ridiculous routes that make no sense at all. The ai is useless and buggy, the voice command can’t understand australian accent to save its self. I’ll give it about a 3 out of 10 and that’s being a bit generous. You failed hard with this model Garmin!

Only had the unit a month but so far so good. WiFi updates are painless compared to the unit it replaced. Big clear screen. Pretty easy to use and whilst it is still early days, the directions seem o.k. Access to the Hema requires a change in the settings but easy when you have done it a couple of times. Still getting my head around the features and it would help if I bothered to read instuctions. Fairly intuitive so perhaps I won't bother!

This sounded like the ultimate unit what with having all these great features. I bought it so we could avoid low bridges, etc when towing the van. My biggest gripe is it takes you to the wrong place nine times out of ten. In some cases it was hundreds of kilometres out. Even if it does go the right destination it takes the longest route possible, at times 30 minutes longer route. I have been very disappointed in this unit and have had to resort to using Google Maps because even though the GPS said we were at our destination we were not even close. If the navigation worked properly it would be a perfect unit but the fact it can't do the most important function correctly means I cannot recommend this unit to anyone.

Switched to this product from another brand and really glad I did! Provides lots of information and features, easy to use, visible screen,. The only reason not 5 stars is that you have to subscribe to speed cameras- should be included as not the cheapest unit in the market!

Like all windscreen mounts, if taken off daily will last for years
