I have worn the Alta HR for over 2 years now and really loved it. I thought I would upgrade to the Inspire HR because I can wear it in the pool. First off, my battery barely lasts 2 days (my Alta easily lasted 5 or more) and secondly, the majority of the time it doesn't notify me of texts or calls...

Surprisingly motivating...

I loved the3 Fitbit Uno, and was a little hesitant to try a wrist based Fitbit. I'm sensitive to non-leather wristbands. So far, I'm happy with my purchase. The big button does not always stop the exercise logging mode, which can be more than annoying.

Fitbit Inspire HR review

This latest tracker is more affordable than the fitness bands it replaces within Fitbit's range and it comes sporting more tech than those older products too. It isn't the most affordable tracker on the market, but everything works well here and it's a great option if you're looking to start...

Premium design; Lots of tracked metrics; Strong battery life

No Fitbit Pay; Screen can be unresponsive; Large bezel

Really easy to set up and use. It charges in the blink of an eye to be fair and it's pretty accurate. It does pick up the odd spurious movement as a step but hey, it's still activity. Only qualm is that the screen scratches really easily so if there's a case or screen guard then do get one.

Fitbit Inspire HR review: the best of Fitbit for less

If there's anyone out there who doesn't already own a fitness tracker, Fitbit is trying to rally the last of them. This much was evident with its spring product lineup, which introduces new wearables that look no different than older Fitbits, but now come at a lower price point without sacrificing...

Lightweight and discreet; Solid five-day battery life; Useful perks like swim-proofing and guided breathing

Tiny screen might not suit everyone; Notifications leave lots to be desired

Does not accurately track HR during vigorous exercise

This device has a known problem with getting accurate heart rate measures when exercising vigorously. They provide guides at the website to help (making the band looser, moving it 2-3 finger widths from the wrist bone, constantly wiping away sweat that gets near the sensors, etc.

An affordable Fitbit – Fitbit Inspire HR Review

Fitbit Inspire HR is a budget-friendlier Fitbit tracker, perfect for those who have not owned a Fitbit yet (also a great birthday or Christmas gift). It only has one hard button and a vertical swipe motion, but it's the most newbie-friendly Fitbit tracker and the most affordable Fitbit at the moment...

Faulty

I love the look of the tracker and the quality. However I am just in the process of returning the same. Unfortunately the tracker resets itself at random times of the day which is really annoying as I like to see how many steps I have done at the end of the day.

Fitbit Inspire HR review

We're very happy to recommend the light, smart-looking Fitbit Inspire HR. For the price, it's the most affordable Fitbit that offers nearly all the features of the top-end trackers.

Fitbit Inspire HR: Fitbit's best-ever value tracker

So it really depends what you're looking for. If all you're after is a smart fitness band to track your steps, sleep and general fitness level, the Fitbit Inspire HR is an easy recommendation. It looks good and is competitively priced.

Competitively priced; Stylish; Legendary Fitbit app and community

Sometimes fiddly; Not brilliant for mid-run stats
