I watched a bunch of videos before deciding to go with Eufy but I’m completely satisfied with my purchase, my only criticism would be that I think an optional power supply would be handy. I found one that worked at an electronics store but would of loved to get it with the unit.

We installed in place of an existing wired door chime. We followed instructions in YouTube, but the writing on our come was different. We found a diagram online and from there it was simple. It gives clear video and audio, but there's a few seconds delay. After two weeks, we realise how few people come to our door.

Easy to use and plenty of options. Great view and the human recognition works well.

I bought this a few weeks ago for my electrician to install at our front gate. It needed a transformer for this to work and JB don’t sell this. So not sure if it can be even used now

I have been interested in replacing our doorbell with a Video Doorbell and had done my research. When the eufy Video Doorbell (Wired) was on special, I did not hesitate to buy. The unit itself was of a high quality and everything required for the installation was there, including a transformer, which turned out useful as when the Electrician removed the old doorbell, we found it was a battery operated one. The setup, once installed could have been quicker if the instructions were clearer but we got there in the end. Viewing some YouTube clips before the installation proved beneficial. The video clarity was excellent and the volume was loud enough. I would have given 5*'s for the review, if the instructions were a little clearer, otherwise very happy with the doorbell!
