Set up was a breeze. I use it from home for business purposes. Set up was quick. I set it up as a wifi printer, I didn't have a USB cable handy, but it installed just fine. It installed on my windows 8 laptop too with no issues.

Loved it at first, however after a few months it was just another Inkjet printer that had to be trashed. Due to the design it is almost impossible to clean the clogged heads. It is not worth the maintenance cost to have repaired. No thanks Epson...
I CANNOT RECALL ANY PROBLEMS WITH EPSON PRODUCTS... I HAVE JUST RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT AND, THUS FAR, THE SET UP HAS BEEN VERY EASY. I STILL HAVE TO SET UP THE REMOTE FEATURES.THE REGISTRATION PROCESS HAS BEEN EASY... THANKS,
Absolutely the worst printer I have ever owned by far. Bought for my restaurant to print small volumes of menus, flyers etc. but the colour reproduction was terrible. Despite trying numerous settings all the colours were bleached and dreadful. It frequently jams on standard 80gsm paper.
I bought this printer for our office. The print quality is terrible and it guzzles ink. The ink is very expensive. Bought a HP 8740 which has super quality and two paper trays. The employees are much happier and our reports look professional now.
Easy setup - just minutes. Excellent quality prints - prints what you see on your screen. Fast printing even on high gloss paper.I'm very happy with it!
The Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4630 offers a lot, despite the uneven output quality. If you need consistently good text, or a higher paper capacity, you'll be better off with the Epson WF-3640, our Editors' Choice for heavy-duty MFP for a micro office.
Fast; Low running cost; Prints, faxes, scans, and copies; Supports Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and Wi-Fi Direct; Prints through the cloud
Although graphics quality is good enough for most internal business needs; it's also a bit below par
Epson's new $399 WorkForce Pro WF-4630 is just the kind of affordable, capable multifunction printer most small offices could use – even if they think they need a laser. A laser MFP may offer better text output (barely), but everything else lines up in an inkjet's favour: purchase price, supply...
Fast print speeds; superior print quality; cheap ink costs
Duplex scanning happens in two passes; slowing throughput
Essentially, what you give up for the $100-difference between these two printers is that the more expensive WF-4640 comes with a second, 500-sheet paper drawer. (You can, by the way, purchase same drawer for the WF-4630 on Epson's Web site, as well as most other outlets, for $249.99-list.
Excellent service - got phoned up to check whether I had ordered a printer appropriate to my needs. Courier delivered on a Saturday, which was a bonus as I had ordered over Easter.
