I recently bought the Epson WF 3825 after much research. The main thing which I liked about the product was its affordability for home use. It uses separate ink cartridges and you can buy only the ones which are needed. I would have loved to see a duplex scan function, but I understand I cant get everything in this price bracket. Overall very happy with the product.

I have used Epson printers for many years and the company is well-known for its wide range of products, their quality, reliability, and lasting power. The price is also just right and the customer service is excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful when I had some difficulty installing the printer.

Printer quality is decent with various features. While its great on several aspects, however, the ink refill vs number of pages output could have been better. The replacement cartridges are on expensive side versus the number of pages output. Epson could provide better economics there.

Have only had the product a few days. Working well. It’s my second workforce printer. Great value for money. I like that it also scans and copies and I can print from computer or phone etc anywhere in the house. Great little home office printer.

We purchased the WF-3825 to replace another Epson that had served us well. The advances with the new printer are amazing: speed, colour, ease of use once set up, dedicated paper cassette, clear LCD display (very sensitive to the touch). My only issue is that, although the main set up was easy thanks to the CD provided, I got confused with setting up the scanner and then having to remove the old printer information (still not done). More directions would be great in future.

Above average printer that gives good quality prints quickly and quietly. Has an abundance of printing options to increase the quality or to print more economically and I love the wifi ability to connect with the myriad devices we have in the house. Taking 1 star away for the ridiculous cost of ALL printer inks if you buy the originals and the feel of the printer itself feels a little cheap tho it is very reliable.

Bought this WF-3825 to replace an older Epson WF-3520 multifunction printer which had proved reliable. Looked at the Ecotank models - but would have to spend more than 3 times as much to get the same features (I wanted Ethernet, ADF and 2-sided printing) and couldn't justify the price based on the low print volumes I use. The printer was easy to setup and prints fast with excellent quality. Good value.

Forced to write a review before being able to use this for a longer period. Won't let you register unless you review, hence the average rating. Makes no sense. Only used for copying text docs so far. B&W prints are clear. Prints fast. Haven't used for photos or via WIFI yet which are the other reasons I picked this printer. Hopefully will continue to impress.
