sooty this is the best photo printer I have had it is quick will do everything I ask

Excellent printer, decided to upgrade from my previous Epson model. Glad I did, not that there was anything wrong with my previous one, but this has lots more functions as well as trays. Spent around 30 minutes setting up various functions and very pleased with quality of photo's printed.

The Epson XP 960 gives me an excellent picture . However I have had multiple problems with the color heads and now one of the heads is gone completely . I would not recommend this printer to others until this problem is fixed by the Epson people .

Purchased from Epson online early in December of 2018. After installation I started printing photos. Printed 97, 4x6's on Epson Ultra Premium Photo Paper Glossy, before needing to replace the first start-up ink cartridge. The prints are sharp and true to color.

For those who, by profession or passion, want to print photos taken with a digital camera or images created in computer graphics, the Epson Expression Photo XP-960 can be the ideal solution.

Please beware of this printer. I have had it for 1 year. The print quality is good, but I have had one constant problem. Every time I replace an ink cartridge (often), the printer does not recognize the cartridge. I have to go trough the installation >10-20 times to get this to work.

I have never had a bottom loader printer before and I do not like it. You cannot check the paper or what is happening to it until it comes out.

I purchased this printer primarily to print photos and to print labels on cds. I have had 2 Epson Artisan printers previously. This printer was easier setup and actually prints better than the my 2 Epsons.
