+ The design of this fridge allows for storage capability beyond what you'd expect, given the external dimensions. + When being accessed, the double-door design takes up much less space in our kitchen. - I think the freezer (drawer) access could be improved. - The top of the fridge is not uniform - there are recesses, gaps and indentations in which dust collects. I'm tall (194cm), so I can easily see the top of the fridge, as I walk by. I'm also a neat-freak.... the uneven top surface collects dust and is difficult to keep clean.

Had it delivered & installed 10 days ago. Haven’t had a chance to fully transition over as one of the handles doesn’t fit. Rang customer service & a new part was meant to arrive on Wednesday. It didn’t & wasn’t there when the technician arrived. He advised that I wait until the following Monday before ringing customer service...I’m pleased the cold water & the limitless ice work well. After waiting over a month for delivery its disappointing with how things have panned out. Happy to re-review once everything is done & in working order

We had a similar sized single door Fisher & Paykel. We wanted a French door replacement. This had the plumbed water/ice and a 4star energy rating. We’ve now had it a few weeks and it’s operating as expected. It is quiet. The two doorS seem to hold more than a single door because they are deeper. The ice maker works well and somehow the ice cubes don’t all stick together. Easy to operate controls and the finishes seem good quality, so far so good.

Had the fridge delivered and connected the water supply no problem. went to put on the handles and the L/H door is out of alignment by some 4mm and the handle will NOT fit. The pins are out by 5mm and now we must wait 4 to 6 weeks for replacement of all doors. So where is the Quality Control. So we only have a handle on 1 [one] door. Great start to a fridge which is only 1.5 hours old. If this is Quality then what else is going to go wrong ???

I bought this fridge in December 2019. At the beginning the water tasted normal. After a month the 'plastic taste' water appeared. The technician came and changed the filter. For a month or so all going well. On Monday 16/3 again the taste has changed to plastic again! The bad thing is that Electrolux claims that 'since the product is normally working, we are not to blamed!' As if the filter is not been manufactured by them!
