Love the vacuum (didnt have a chance to use the mop). Had it for less than 2 weeks- used it less than 10 times and it broke. Wheel faulty. Attempted to contact the customer service number to trouble shoot multiple times with no answer and no response. Ended up returning to store - they are unable to provide any detail or timeframe about a replacement. Would have recommended it until it broke.

This item is worth the money. Easy to set up and arrived very quickly. Have not used the mop feature but the vacuum mode saves me so much time. Mapping system works well and cleans the whole house. Can turn robot on from the app when I home or away.

We have recently upgraded to the X1 from T9. The T9 struggled with pet hair every time it cleaned and we would have to manually empty the bin reservoir. Where as the X1 seamlessly empties fully every time and we can set and forget at last. It also has much better mapping facilities that takes far less time and having used it now for about two months we find it has far less issues overall. It is also faster and has a camera which we are enjoying using to keep an eye on pets when were out. We are delighted with the X1 and Im sorry I didnt upgrade sooner after continuing to persist with the T9 which was great when it worked but had so many issues with mapping that would interrupt the schedule constantly. The X1 plus does the job really well and seems much more reliable.
