I've been using APC devices for the past 10 years, but after I went through 3 of them in a 5 year period I decided to give another brand a try. I settled on the Eaton 3S 850VA due to the size and features offered. It's certainly a smaller form factor, but all the plugs face inwards, which if you have a lot of devices with the brick-style power plugs with wings and the bottom-fed cable, then it doesn't work as they don't fit :( Otherwise, if you're using a standard "jug"/IEC plug then it's fine.

Was the smallest ups the decent amount of standby that I could find. Would recommend.

Plugged in and worked as advertised

Works really well filtering unstable power and gives plenty of time for controlled shutdown during an outage.

The plugs are the wrong way around and too close together so I can't use all the outlets. Very poor design. Also, I can't work out how to change any settings. I go to the website listed in the manual but there is no app to download or other information - sent a support message and never got a reply. I would probably get another Dynamix one if doing it again - that worked well and easy to customise.
