I was excited to get a Dyson product but when I purchased my Dyson pure Hot/Cool product I was very disappointed. I revisited Good Guys to speak with the salesman again about my $600 purchase. I have a small lounge room but you have to be sitting about 2 feet away - NO more to get any cool air blow on you. It doesnt cool the room at all. My $40 old pedestal fan did a better job. So much money, so much disappointment

I bought 2x Dyson fans and honestly could not be more disappointed. I have many Dyson products all of which are amazing so I thought this would be the same however was sadly disappointed. When it is on you cannot feel it unless you are 1 meter in front of it or closer. Was a regretful sale for me and would love to return them.

The device’s considered design works with most interiors - we can’t imagine anyone thinking it’s ugly. Despite being completely plastic, the build quality is also top notch, just as we’ve come to expect from the brand. Bought for over a month now, didn’t notice any changes with my asthma/allergic rhinitis (aka hayfever) but works well as a heater in a small space. Cooling is alright but you’d still need air conditioning.

If air quality is important to you, you’ll want one of these.
