This is the first cordless vacuum I have ever purchased and just can't believe the difference it makes. The suction is incredibly strong and an attachment for every job possible and lightweight to hold. I'm blown away at how good it is for a cordless to be honest. How have I lived without one!

The filer on the V10 is in the twist off purple cap. It consist of a foam filter and a small hepa filter in the bottom. It has pictures that they are washable from a cold water faucet. The caveat is you must let it dry for 24 hours and possibly longer according to their tech support I spoke with.
