Been using for two years now. PROS Great Suction. Tangle Free Tool is great for removing dog hair. CONS. The turbine brush slings dirt and debris everywhere. My opinion is that it spins too fast. A slower brush with higher torque and brushes that grab would be better.

One head stopped working so called DYSON and they sent a new one; It's very good but not the best; Ok for the money especially with the 5 year warranty

This vacuum exceeded my expectations. I've had Dyson in the past and while it was good, this blew it away. I read reviews that said the roller isn't powerful enough but I find this not true; it's got plenty of power and if you pull the trigger, it slows down so you can vacuum throw rugs.

The Dyson Cinetic Ball is the best vac for suction I ever used. I am 67 and my hands are getting arthritic. However, it is super heavy, difficult to maneuver and not ergonomically friendly at changing attachments. Dusting with the brush is extremely uncomfortable. So is using the upholstery brush.

I have had the vacuum since December and so far have 3 issues with it. 1) I regularly clean out the brush-bar after 2 or 3 cleanings. Well worth the money. I have two Labradors who shed like it's an olympic sport they're competing in, as well as a toddler. Having a vacuum cleaner that could remove all hair from my house quickly and efficiently is a necessity, and this machine exceeds my expectations.

Suction on our rugs is very strong, almost too strong so vacuum with my finger on the open vent so as to move it across the surface. However on my plush bedroom carpet it is much easy to use. The rotating brushes on the head really clean the carpet very well.

After my old Dyson gave up the ghost, I wasn't in a position to buy another Dyson so bought a cheaper vac - it was atrocious, okay on hard surfaces but impossible on carpet. Purchased the Dyanimal big ball and absolutely love it! Easy to use, same head on tiles, carpet and rugs.
