I was sold at one point on Dyson. I bought the above or near same animal/heppa filter with a five year guarantee. Think of it five years! What a JOKE, went through three motors and now I'm using it as a planter. Repair shop tries to tell me no worries this never happens.

We're on our second Dyson Animal (1st one lasted about 10 years). With two kids and two dogs in the house, vacuuming is a daily task. The Dyson Animal SUCKS (in a good vacuum way) really well.

I had my other Dyson for 12 years, (which I used 2-3 times a week) and it still worked great, but I got this Dyson Cinetic Big Ball, and it is incredible. The sucking power is off the charts. It gobbles up dirt,dust and cat hair (I have two cats) like nobody's business.

Literally hate this vacuum!! If I were Dyson I would not put my name on the machine, the carpet attachment is extremely hard to push and pull. It very difficult to back out of the room carrying the vacuum and trying to vacuum the carpet without hitting your leg with the attachments on the side.

we bought this item about a month ago and have been excited ever since, even after cleaning the carpet we ran the dyson over it and was amazed at what was picked up. I am glad I chose this one over the shark that I was thinking about

I bought this as a replacement for the shark hoover which died on us after a few months and shark refused to help! We have five young children, a dog and a cat so our house needs hoovering often. It's great it's really good on hard floors as it doesn't blow the hair around.
