Worst laptop ever. Would love a refund. Battery life is crap. Such a waste of money.

It's a fantastic laptop, but I'm really not happy with the battery life. Everything is great about it, except the battery life. I contacted Dell Support about this issue and they tried to help me, but they were no help - it was just a waste of my time. In the end, Dell Support basically said this is how the laptop is, we can't help you.

Compact, powerful, and easy to use

This is a phenomenal laptop. It is of a very high quality construction. The specifications are great. I got it whilst The Good Guys were running their 20% off special for the Boxing Day sale. Fantastic price. If you're after a good laptop that is not too big and not too small, then buy this one. The new model XPS 13 costs about $800 more at the time of this writing, so this is good value.

Does everything right , light and powerfully. Highly recommended, particularly for the price.
