So far so good. Only had the laptop a couple of weeks but impressed with how lightning fast it is. Took a while to run initial updates to get windows and apps fully up to date but nothing unexpected for a new laptop. The battery seems to deplete slightly faster than expected, need to use it more to understand why yet. Great screen and sound. Backlit keyboard is great. Overall very happy.

Love this laptop, compact, easy to use, crystal clear screen, long battery life, very fast. ( was using windows 8.1 on old computer and found it a breeze to use windows 11, and I am not very tech savey ). Bluetooth works well on all devices , even my car ( 7 years old )stereo. Overall I am very happy with this Dell computer and hope it lasts as long as my previous old Dell ( 7 years and still works ). One minor down side is the inbuilt speakers are poor, although if you are using Bluetooth devices this is not an issue.

Compact, light weight. Fast. Only 4 stars as it only has 1 usb port. Use a mouse and there are no more outlets
