Brilliant machine, makes superb coffees and teas. Everything was explained to me during my purchase, and I have not had any trouble what so ever.

Loving the look in my kitchen not to mention the clean lines & easy to navigate functions. The built in tamp sold me ... its a no mess easy to use coffee machine...that even my husband can use!! Win win My only negative comment is I am still waiting to try the Delonghi Special Coffee Beans!! I would like to see a pack of these beans included in each purchase given the price of the machine.... Come on Delonghi you need to step up a little here

Great coffee machine, the smart tamp is brilliant. Very happy with it.

Has taken a while to get used to this machine. Thought it had a twin thermoblock but it's just single so you can't stretch milk at same time as coffee extraction. Also been struggling with the grind. Definitely a work in progress. Overall it's a good looking machine and is producing better results than my old Italian coffee pot

I love everything about this machine.... from the built in tamper to the easy to use milk frother... the machine is very easy to clean & maintain & most importantly it makes the best coffee ever!! I recommend using the Delonghi signature blend coffee it suits everyones taste. This machine sides everything the adverts say.... just wish it could be a cheaper price! But saying that you always get what you pay for so its well worth the money

I am extremely happy with this machine. It is my third machine, and the features are great. Love the inbuilt grinder and tamping and once perfected the coffee is lovely and consistent. My only reason for reducing down to 4 stars is that the frothing arm is a bit short, which creates a lot of unnecessary noise.

Simple to use and makes a lovely coffee quickly

Wish it was a little quicker pouring, but so happy with it, especially that you can tamper the coffee, if you forget you can disengage and redo it. We purchased the delonghi hazelnut coffee beans, Amazingly delicious, highly recommend it
