purchased and with delivery date (installation package). nothing happened on the day. Followed up. New date. No action. Followed up. New day, installer arrives, but doesn't have product. Spent the next few days trying to get the product and the installer together. After a few days of no cooktop at all, the installer came in at the weekend to finally fix it. Problem related to back office at Good Guys. Installer was terrific. Sales were as helpful as they could be. Have enormous patience if dealing with this company

My husband and son were able to install this cooktop in our outdoor kitchen and we are over the moon with the quality and workmanship of this product - Good Guys provided a great service from ordering to pick up during this time of lockdown. Very much appreciated.

The stove top is very neat making it easy to clean . No extra grooves or design features that collect food spills . It fits all large pots easily . Im very happy with this product.

This replaced a ceramic cooktop which stained, scratched etc. This on the other hand distributed heat well, is easy to maintain, and ignites instantly. Plus, just in case of (the inevitable) stuff up, it contains spills. The flat trivets are much safer than the stupid hover on top trivets some brands use, much less chance of a pot tipping over. All in all clever efficient design and quality manufacture
