I own (3) of these switches. The oldest one (about 1 years) just started to lose its configuration every day. The switch is connected to a battery backup so power isn't a problem. I'm currently waiting RMA on it now.

Configuration changes, booting, all happen very fast; The menu system is quick to navigate for a managed switch

I'm kind of surprised with some of the negative reviews....I have 7 of these switches (2 of the more expensive POE powered ones. 2 are spares. I recently had issue with one after a near lighting strike.....for some reason it quit passing broadcast traffic (DHCP).

Works well and has some features of the big boy professional grade switches. Only thing it lacks that i wish it had is date and time settings for logging purposes. Not a dealbreaker deal for me though.

Very easy to use web management and very low power consumption.

A nice little box that was easily changed from fixed IP to DHCP. Only using fraction of the options as I am looking to the future.
