Ever since buying this item, I got rid of my other charges (portable battery based) and used this product all the time

I bought this to keep my phone recharged while I was camping solo for a week. It's very easy to use and has a lighter which is super useful. I charged it at home with the usb port and used solar panels while walking. Easy and convenient to take with you everywhere. The solar panels don't recharge as fast as you would like to but still worked amazingly!

I bought this to use when camping but due to Covid it mainly gets charged on 240v at home. I have charged it on car lighter too, which is quite quick. 240v takes forever. Is there something wrong with mine?
